Irene, a German architect, has taken the opportunity to use her skills over here in Cochin, Kerala, managing and overseeing the completion of several resorts in and around the Ernakulam district. Although her work can sometimes be challenging, she says she has really taken to the lifestyle out here and thoroughly enjoys all the amenities that Kerala has to offer.
